HealthConnected HAPIS
Connecting HealthConnected HAPIS to your telephony platform is extremely important for improving customer satisfaction and working more efficiently. With our integration tool Bubble, you no longer have to search for patient data manually during phone calls but can use the functionalities that the HealthConnected HAPIS telephony module has to offer you.
Gateway
For this integration, Bubble acts as a gateway. This means that you can disable all of Bubble's pop-up features yourself, because in this configuration, Bubble only ensures that your telephony environment can communicate with HealthConnected's telephony module.
Functionalities
The integration method gives you all the functionality that the HealthConnected telephony module has to offer. Think of a callnotification that comes into view with the patient information, which you can also click on to access the calling person's patient file or a button to directly schedule an appointment. If multiple patients are known under the caller's phone number, you can search for the correct patient directly from the pop-up which is useful in the case of a residential relationship. When a call is transferred to a colleague, the customer information moves with it. By default, the pop-up is visible from the moment your softphone, deskphone or other device rings until the call is terminated. Ask HealthConnected about the specific features their telephony module has to offer. In addition to the aforementioned gateway feature, Bubble comes with many other functionalities. For example, you can activate multiple CRM integrations under the same user at no extra cost, which can be useful if you use multiple software applications within your company. We have already listed some important features for you:

Customization
To meet your specific needs, Bubble is equipped with the Automations module. With this module it is possible to add your own If-This-Then-That flows. Think, for example, of running a script or automatically opening the call-note-screen instead of having to click it open.
Technical
Connecting Bubble - and thus the HealthConnected HAPIS Software CRM connector - to your telephony platform is very easy. The procedure is different per telephony platform but one thing they all have in common, you don't have to be a technician to do it.

SearchBar
Search CRM contact information from the 'SearchBar' desktop toolbar. From here you can open the customer card, start a phone call directly, send an email/WhatsApp/Microsoft Teams message or view the call history. Bubble Desktop
Bubble is installed on each user/workstation and runs locally on the user's computer.

Bubble Cloud
Bubble is hosted in the cloud, so no local installation is required. Note: This option requires the Bubble Cloud add-on license. For cloud hosting, it is always necessary for our cloud IP addresses to have access to the CRM/telephony environment.

Realtime API (company based)
Authentication with CRM application at company level.

Clone template
A template must be used when cloning profiles because user authorization takes place, which cannot be cloned.

Gateway Integration
The CRM application itself has a built-in telephony module. Bubble acts as a gateway (to connect the telephony module of your CRM application and your telephony system) through which you can disable the pop-up of Bubble itself (and therefore also the functions of Bubble).
